Required: Substantial transactional experience in areas including consulting, systems integration and outsourcing, IP, IT, TMT, privacy and data protection, along with an ability to independently manage large volumes of transactions. Excellent English with native French and/or native Dutch. Responsibilities: To include drafting, advising and negotiating complex transactions as well as developing and advising company management on negotiation strategies and legal risk. The role will also include reporting on relevant legal developments as well as daily management of legal support.
